An Introduction to Nazareth's Wellness Committee

The members that make up Wellness Committee are the newest bloggers on Nazareth Patch.

For the committee's first blog, a brief introduction:

The committee comprises a number of area businesses that provide both natural and medical disciplines to promote wellness. The products and services range from fitness, weight loss and skin care, to chiropractic, dentistry, assisted living and traditional medical care. Committee members also promote aging in place, cancer awareness and care, in addition to the promotion of insurance providers that cover the costs of many of the services listed above.

The Wellness Committee offers a complimentary Speakers' Bureau that is available to speak at area businesses and organizations on a multitude of topics.

Founded in the fall of 2007, the committee hosts an annual Wellness Expo and a mini Relay for Life to benefit the American Cancer Society. For additional information about the committee, call the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce at (610) 759-9188.
