Nazareth Area High School Presents "SONGS FROM SHOWS WE CAN'T DO HERE"

As the title suggests, Nazareth Theatre Troupe is presenting a showcase featuring numbers from musicals in which we can not do as a whole. This could be because the show is too inappropriate, we do not have the right cast, or we could just simply not be able to get the rights. This 20 person cast will do numbers from Rock Horror, Chess, Rent, Next to Normal, Company, and other fabulous musicals. (Don't worry, theres nothing from CATS! ;D )

This showcase is perfect for anyone who loves musical theatre, music and obviously there HAS to be dancing! Even more so, this is perfect for the person who doesn't ordinarily like sitting through an entire musical. This is refreshing with tons of different types of music and dancing. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

It is extremely exciting for us to showcase the students' talents not only by performing, but also by featuring an all student production staff, including Amanda Kolakowski as director, Lizzie Nixon as Stage Manager, Nich Roehler as music director, Zach Kessler as assistant director, and Annalyse Little as choreographer.

The Theatre Troupe raises all of their own money and receives little to no support from the school district. Especially in these terrible economic times with budget cuts, its these type of fund raising events that keep the arts alive in schools. Please come and support us on this night of dancing and music!
