Health & Wellness Workshop Tuesday

The wonders of wellness will be among the topic of Tuesday's Health & Wellness workshop in Nazareth Tuesday.

Dr. Maddy Joseph is hosting the workshop from 6-8 p.m. at the Herbs To Your Success—The Wellness Spa at 64 S. Main St.

Among the topics are:

• Muscle Testing Response—Muscle testing is a noninvasive method that evaluates the body's imbalances and assesses its needs. It involves testing the body's responses to provide information on energy blockages, the functioning of the organs, nutritional deficiencies and food sensitivities.
• The polarity of the body.
• Lumia Therapy (Light and color therapy)
• The energy centers of the body
