Migration at Middle
Creek
Saturday, March 15th
10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area is one of the premier birding spots in
eastern Pennsylvania and the best place to see large numbers of Snow Geese and
Tundra Swans. Join us for this birding tour of Middle Creek as we enjoy the
sights and sounds of Snow Geese, Tundra Swans, and other waterfowl. Leaders
will stay until dusk to look for Short-eared Owls and listen for American
Woodcocks. Please dress for the weather and bring a lunch and binoculars. This
is a great opportunity for photographers. To register, contact Rick Wiltraut at
rwiltraut@pa.gov or 610-746-2801 ext.
103.
