This Weekend at the Nazareth Center for the Arts

Mike McLoughlin and the Jersey Cropdusters will perform Saturday night at 8.

Making their first-ever appearance at the this weekend is Mike McLoughlin and the Jersey Cropdusters. The band will take the stage Saturday night at 8.

The New Jersey-based band is known for its musical repertoire of blues, Americana, rockin' blues and country rock.

According to the band's Facebook page, Mike McLoughlin and the Jersey Cropdusters create a “very unique sound made up of many influences.”

Band members draw inspiration from a variety of genres like rock, folk and blues, and when asked what kind of music Mike McLoughlin and the Jersey Cropdusters plays, McLoughlin said, “It’s a form of music that has many things for everybody -- from country to rock, to folk and blues.”

McLoughlin says he has been influenced by some of the greats, including Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton and Tom Petty, to name a few.

Tickets for the show are $10 and can be purchased through the Nazareth Center for the Arts online Box Office.
