Six Teens Charged with Underage Drinking
A 17-year-old Nazareth girl is among those charged with underage drinking after police were called to Lower Milford early Sunday.
Six teens, including a 17-year-old girl from Nazareth, face an underage drinking charge after state police were called to the 6800 block of Chestnut Hill Church Road in Lower Milford early Sunday.
According to state police at Fogelsville, the accused include two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl, all from Hellertown; an 18-year-old woman and a 17-year-old girl from Bethlehem, and the Nazareth teen.
The 18-year-old woman and one of the boys also face a drug-related (Act 64) charge, according to a release.
Police said they responded to the Chestnut Hill Church Road location at 12:45 a.m. and found empty cans of alcohol and drug paraphernalia. Several of those at the scene showed signs of intoxication, they said.
Everyone was released and charges were filed.
