New Hope General Election Voters Guide 2026

Voters in the New Hope area are already casting their votes in the Nov. 3 general election. Find out who is on the ballot and where to vote.

NEW HOPE, PA — The race for U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania's 1st District leads the general election ballot in Bucks County as the two parties fight for control of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.

Voters in Pennsylvania's 1st District, which includes all of Bucks County and a portion of Montgomery County, will decide between incumbent Republican Brian Fitzpatrick and his Democratic challenger, Bucks County Commissioner Bob Harvie.

Voters across Pennsylvania will also be electing governor, state senator, and state representative.

Here's who is on the ballot in the Nov. 3 election in the New Hope area:

Governor and Lt. Governor

Democratic — Josh Shapiro and Austin Davis
Republican — Stacy Garrity and Jason Richey
Libertarian — Ken Krawchuk and John Thomas

Congress PA 1st District

Democratic — Bob Harvie
Republican — Brian Fitzpatrick (Incumbent)

State Senator 10th District

Democratic — Steve Santarsiero (Incumbent)
Republican — Greg Bankos

State Representative 29th District

Democratic - Tim Brennan (Incumbent)
Republican - Sean Duffy

State Representative 143rd District

Democratic - Tim Hayes
Republican - Shelby Labs (Incumbent)
Forward Independent - Chris Gambino

State Representative 31st District

Democratic - Perry Warren (Incumbent)

How To Cast Your Ballot

In Bucks County, voters have four ways to cast ballots.

Vote in person on Election Day, Nov. 3. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Click here for polling places.
Vote by Mail - In Pennsylvania, two options allow you to vote by mail. To request either an Absentee Ballot or a Mail-In ballot, you must be a registered voter. You can also Check Your Voter Registration Status.
Ballots can be dropped off at designated locations throughout the county. Click here for more information.
On-Demand Voting. Bucks County has 7 On-Demand Voting locations where voters may apply in person for a mail-in or absentee ballot and, if approved, receive the ballot during the same visit. All 7 locations also provide voter registration services and have an Official Ballot Drop Box.
