NEWTOWN, PA — The Wellnest Bucks County is taking part for the first time in Bucks County Spa and Salon Self-Care Month, a fundraiser benefiting the non-profit Kin Wellness and Support Center.
From now through June 6, The Wellnest will donate $25 from each Kin-designated Harmonic Egg session and $5 from each acupuncture session to support Kin’s free emotional, social, and wellness support services for individuals and families impacted by cancer.
Sessions booked during the fundraiser may be used anytime over the next 12 months, making them an ideal gift for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions.
The Wellnest is focused on helping people manage stress, support nervous system health, and create space for rest in an increasingly fast-paced world. Its signature service, the Harmonic Egg, is a light-and-sound therapy experience.
The Harmonic Egg delivers whole-body restorative frequencies through sound, light, and vibration.

The Wellnest also offers community acupuncture, an affordable group-based acupuncture model designed to make this time-tested wellness practice more accessible.
“We’re still new to the community, and from the beginning, our vision has been about creating a space where people can feel supported,” said Karen Arnone, founder of The
Wellnest Bucks County. “Partnering with Kin feels like a meaningful way to celebrate our first year by extending that support beyond our walls.”
The Harmonic Egg offers an immersive, deep relaxation experience. Guests recline in a zero-gravity chair insight a specially designed resonant chamber while sound frequencies
and colored light create a calming environment intended to help the body shift into a restorative state. Many participants report improved sleep, reduced stress, and greater mental clarity after sessions.
In addition to community acupuncture, The Wellnest recently introduced private group acupuncture, which allows groups of up to six friends or family members to book a shared
private acupuncture experience together. This format offers a unique opportunity to relax, reconnect, and experience wellness in a supportive shared setting.
Kin Wellness and Support Center in Buckingham has become an important resource for Bucks County families facing cancer, offering all services free of charge, including support groups, wellness classes, educational workshops, and caregiver resources. Self-Care Month helps sustain those programs by connecting local businesses and the community through wellness with purpose.
“For The Wellnest Bucks County, this partnership represents both a milestone and admission — celebrating our first year of serving the community while helping support neighbors facing one of life’s greatest challenges,” Arnone says.
