2 Charged With Sex Trafficking Operation In King Of Prussia: Cops
The pair used a local hotel to force a woman into prostitution, authorities said. One has been arrested; another remains on the run.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Two men have been charged after running a sex trafficking operation by force in a King of Prussia hotel. One of the suspects is in custody and the other is on the run.
Kashamba John, 30, of Atlanta, Georgia and Tyler Robert Bachtel, 34, of Montclair, California, face numerous charges, including ex trafficking by means of force, threats of force, fraud, and related counts, the US Attorney's Office announced. John was arrested, and a manhunt is underway for Bachtel (if you have any information, contact local law enforcement or the ICE tip line at 866-DHS-2-ICE).
“The victims of sex trafficking pay a price that lasts a lifetime,” U.S. Attorney McSwain said in a statement. “We have to do everything possible to find the offenders and bring them to justice.”

An investigation has been ongoing for about a year and a half into the operations of Bachtel and John, authorities said. The pair used the Hampton Inn on West DeKalb Pike to sell a woman for sex, according to the US Attorney's office.
The charge of sex trafficking carries a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison with a possible life term.
