2 Felony Lane Gang Members Arrested In West Norriton: Cops
Authorities connected the local suspects to the Felony Lane Gang, a nationwide criminal network.

WEST NORRITON, PA — Two suspects arrested recently in West Norriton had ties to the nationwide criminal network, the Felony Lane Gang.
The investigation began following numerous vehicle break-ins and thefts around the region in recent weeks, including several at area gyms and fitness centers.
Police in West Norriton and Lower Providence were able to obtain surveillance images of the suspects, whom they then traced to the Chateau Suites, on W. Main Street in Norristown.

When authorities arrived at the scene, one man fled by jumping out of a second story window, but he was quickly arrested. Another woman, who provided a false Arizona driver's license, was also arrested, authorities said.
Inside their rooms at the hotel, police said they found hundreds of stolen documents - including passports, licenses, checks, and credit cards - along with drugs, drug paraphernalia, and more evidence which linked them to the Felony Lane Gang.

The Felony Lane Gang has been active in the Montgomery County area for some time. The group is known for burglaries and vehicle break-ins, but they also steal personal documents like checks, credit cards, passports, and more, and then use these documents to impersonate victims and empty their accounts.
West Norriton police credited Sgt. Stephen Morris, Detective Charles Naber, Officer Chris Avery, Officer Anthony Marano, Detective Scott Dreibelbis, Detective Michael Hougnon, and Detective Mark Wassmer with their work on the investigation.
The suspects have not yet been identified. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
