2 King Of Prussia Child Predators Arrested: Authorities
Breaking: Two King of Prussia men have been arrested after trying to meet a 13-year-old child for sex, the Attorney General's Office said.
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Two King of Prussia men have been arrested after trying to meet a 13-year-old child for sex, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office said.
William Novitski, 28, of Hampton Road, and Apithai Pikrohkit, 30, of Brandywine Lane, have been charged with unlawful contact with a minor and criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
The pair were among four suspects from across the state arrested in the undercover operation. A Philadelphia man and a York man were also arrested.

Undercover agents with the Attorney General's Office Child Predator section posed as 13-year-old children, officials said. Novitski and Pikrohkit each agreed to meet who they thought was a minor for a sexual encounter an undisclosed location in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Upon their respective arrivals, each man was arrested.

“These four defendants were seeking sex from children they met online,” Attorney General Josh Shapiro said in a statement. “Thanks to the relentless efforts of agents in our Child Predator Section, in collaboration with local and federal law enforcement, these predators have been arrested and taken off our streets. The Office of Attorney General has a zero tolerance policy for the sexual abuse of children.”
Bail for Pikrohkit was set at $75,000 and a preliminary hearing will take place on Aug. 25. Bail for Novitski was set at $125,000, with a hearing to be held Sept. 1.
Deputy Attorney General Michelle Laucella will prosecute the case.
