3 NJ Teens Stole 10 Cars From Upper Merion: Police
Teenagers as young as 13 were behind the major crime spree in the Upper Merion area, police said.
UPPER MERION, PA — Three New Jersey teenagers have been arrested after stealing numerous vehicles from around Upper Merion over the past several weeks, authorities said.
The incidents began in early Feb. 2025, and over the ensuing weeks 10 total vehicles were either stolen or broken into around the township, according to officials.
In part thanks to video surveillance footage submitted by residents, investigators were able to track nearly all of the stolen vehicles, with some recovered in Wilmington, Delaware, and Camden, New Jersey.

Three teens from Camden were eventually arrested. They're 13, 15, and 17-years-old, so they haven't been publicly identified. They face a litany of charges, including receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude police, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, reckless driving, and related counts.
Additional suspects are believed to be in Camden and Wilmington, and the investigation remains ongoing.

The three teens were booked and await preliminary hearings at Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
