NORRISTOWN, PA — The third and final teenager involved in the shooting death of a Norristown man has been captured after a weeks-long search and investigation, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday.

Jabril Morgan-Cook, 18, of Norristown, was found hiding in a house in Pottstown late Wednesday night. Police said he was taken into custody without incident.

Morgan-Cook faces first degree murder charges along with two others, Kaleem Roland, 16, and Naseem Worrell, 17. On May 23, all three fired shots at 20-year-old Tahaj Harrison in Norristown as part of a gang-related feud, killing him, the DA said.

Worrell, Roland, and Morgan-Cook belonged to a group called the All Black Bandits/300s, which was fueling with another faction called the the Grimy Boys/6’s, which Harrison belonged to, investigators said.

Both gangs are well known to law enforcement and have a history of violent conflict, according to authorities.

In the four hours leading up to the killing, Worrell and Harrison exchanged numerous messages regarding the feud, and Worrell found a post by Harrison about the killing of a recent group member to be disrespectful, officials said.

Roland, Worrell, and Morgan-Cook approached Harrison on Corson Street in front of a house and all three fired several shots at him before fleeing the scene, the DA said.

Harrison staggered a few homes away to his backyard, where he collapsed. He was pronounced dead by first responders at the scene.

The three shooters fled to a home on Oak Street, and then to another home in Norristown, before taking an Uber somewhere in Delaware County, according to the DA.

Morgan-Cook was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for July 25.
