4th Annual Community Hymn Festival Choir

We’d like to invite you to join us for our FOURTH ANNUAL HYMN FESTIVAL! Last year we had over 40 singers from several area church choirs along with the Norristown Community Chorale. It was a wonderful afternoon of worship and music.

This year, our Hymn Festival: “American Songs of Faith” will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 4:00pm. The festival will feature hymns and music born right here in the USA!

During the festival we’ll sing many favorite hymns from “Shall We Gather at the River” and “To God Be the Glory” to “Precious Lord, Take My Hand”, and “Amazing Grace” Also featured in this festival will be several hymns by Fanny J. Crosby and William Doane, along with hymns by Herbert Brokering.

As a combined choir we’ll sing four anthems including “Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing” and the ever popular “It is Well with My Soul”

We will be rehearsing as a choir on Sundays June 7th and June 14th from 2:30-4:30pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church; 132 E. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
