5th Annual Community Hymn Festival

We’d like to invite you to join us for our FIFTH ANNUAL HYMN FESTIVAL! Last year we had over 40 singers from several area church choirs along with the Norristown Community Chorale. It was a wonderful afternoon of worship and music.

This year, our Hymn Festival: “God Is Here!” will be held on Sunday, August 7th at 4:00pm. The festival will feature hymns and readings that speak to all the ways God is present in our lives and world.

During the festival, all in attendance will sing many favorite hymns and as a combined choir we’ll sing five anthems including the moving "I Believe" by Mark Miller. An anthem whose words were found etched on a wall in Nazi concentration camp by one of the Jewish prisoners.

We will be rehearsing as a choir on Sundays July 24th and July 31st from 2:00pm-4:00pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church; 132 E. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
