$82,000 Watch Stolen From King Of Prussia Mall: Police

Police have issued a warrant for the 30-year-old man they say is responsible.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Police are searching for a man after they said he stole a watch worth $82,000 from the King of Prussia Mall last month, they announced over the weekend.

The incident occurred back on Saturday, Aug. 17 at around 7 p.m.

The man, later identified as Justin Ward, 30, walked into a specialty watch store called Bucherer 1888 and asked to see several watches. police said.

He tried on several, and when he was done, he grabbed one of them back "forcibly" from the employee and fled the store, according to authorities.

Upper Merion detectives led the investigation and were able to identify Ward as the suspect.

Police have charged him with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, and related counts.
