The incident occurred at around 11:58 a.m. where it turns into Swede Road, at the intersection with Johnson Highway, according to MontcoPA Active Incidents.
Traffic on Johnson heading toward Swede Road is stop and go, while there are backups on Markley heading out of town, according to PA 511.
