WEST NORRITON, PA — Just 10 months ago, the popular Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Montgomery County was shut down due to a fire.

Next week, thanks in part to a cooperative community effort, the West Norriton discount retailer will reopen its doors.

“It’s been a long 10 months since this ReStore closed and our community has been patiently waiting for this day,” Michael Mercer, Habitat for Humanity of MontDelco ReStore Director, said in a statement.

The new and improved, 18,000 square foot store has fresh paint, energy efficient lighting, a new HVAC system, and more. More than 130 volunteers assisted in the rebuild.
