According to the Montgomery County District Attorney, Williams sexually assaulted a blind woman overnight on April 23. That morning, Lower Pottsgrove Police responded to a 911 call at a home on Terraced Hill Court. Upon arrival, police learned a man, later identified as Williams, had broken into the home and sexually and physically assaulted the woman in her bedroom, including attempting to choke her.

The victim suffered serious injuries, including bleeding in her brain, a broken nose and extensive bruising to the face. Williams stole a Sony PlayStation 5 console and multiple PlayStation games and controllers, police said.

Earlier that same day, Pottstown Police responded to a home on Walnut Street at approximately 6 a.m. Police determined Williams had broken into that home, armed with a firearm and wearing all black clothing, a face mask, one orange construction glove and one rubber medical glove.

The homeowner awoke to find Williams standing over her bed and pointing the firearm at her, police said. He then sexually assaulted her, according to authorities.

Investigators located surveillance video that showed a white Chevrolet Malibu, which Williams was known to drive, in the vicinity of the burglaries/assaults. A search of the Malibu found black and orange medical gloves, a black fleece face mask, black hooded zip sweatshirt and other items used by the burglar.

The stolen Sony PlayStation and PlayStation games matching the titles stolen from the Lower Pottsgrove burglary, as well as a firearm were found at Williams' residence.

Williams has been charged with multiple counts of Burglary, Robbery–Threat of Immediate Serious Bodily Injury, Aggravated Assault, Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse Forcible Compulsion, Criminal Trespass, Strangulation and related offenses.
