NORRISTOWN, PA — ICE agents were active around the Norristown area on Thursday morning, according to activists, with at least one individual reported as taken into custody.
The activity occurred at around 8:15 a.m. at the gas station at the corner of Marshall and Markley streets.
Montgomery County Community Watch and Voces Norristown Radio said that one man was taken from a silver pickup truck.
The identity of the man has not yet been confirmed.
The Department of Homeland Security has not yet publicly commented on operations Thursday in Norristown.
