• 46 Montco Gas Stations, Smoke Shops Criminally Charged For Selling Weed: DA (patch.com) — Norristown-based Montgomery County prosecutors have filed criminal charges against 46 gas stations, smoke shops, and convenience stores accused of selling marijuana products despite prior police warnings. Detectives say they bought gummies, drinks, and vape cartridges containing THC across 26 townships, as the DA stresses that, until state law changes, his office will continue targeting illegal sales to protect youth and the public.
