Prosecutors have charged the younger teen as an adult with third-degree murder and related offenses, and a preliminary hearing is set for October 14 as investigators continue examining how the stolen gun ended up in town.

Anthony Bell now faces a mandatory minimum of 14 years in prison and could receive a life sentence when he's sentenced in March 2027.
