Armed Man Robs Car In Norristown, Spurs Afternoon Chase: Cops
The 22-year-old fired off at least 11 shots before the robbery, which ended when he was captured in Philly 20 minutes later, police said.
NORRISTOWN, PA — An armed man robbed a car in Norristown in broad daylight on Monday afternoon, just moments after firing off around a dozen gunshots blocks away, police said.
Kalin Matthew Little, 22, of Norristown, was arrested just minutes later in Philadelphia.
The incident began at 3:17 p.m. on the 400 block of West Marshall Street in Norristown.

Witnesses told police that Little, who they had encountered during a prior disturbance, had fired off several gunshots. It's not clear why the shots were fired.
While police were on the scene on West Marshall Street, Little had fled just two blocks away, to the 600 block of Corson Street, according to authorities.

Little ran out of Blackberry Alley and made a beeline for a stopped car with a man inside, pointing the gun in the victim's face and repeating "Get out of the car" and "I need the car," police said.
Once Little was inside the victim was out, Little fled at a high speed down Corson Street, police said.
The vehicle had a GPS tracking system, and it was traced to Creighton Street in Philadelphia about 20 minutes later. Philadelphia Police were notified, and they pulled Little over, according to an incident report.
Little stopped the car but ran away on foot, and police captured him after a brief chase, they said.
He faces firearms charges, armed robbery, and related counts. He is awaiting arraignment in Philadelphia.
