Arson Investigation Underway After 3 Suspicious Fires In Upper Merion
All three incidents have occurred within the past month.
UPPER MERION, PA — Authorities have launched an arson investigation after several suspicious fires in Upper Merion Township, they announced this week.
Three separate incidents have occurred, all in Swedeland Park, police said.
The first two incidents, which took place on May 12 and May 24, were similar: toilet paper and other items were set on fire inside the porta potties.

The third incident took place on June 18 at around 2:30 p.m.
Someone broke into a locked restroom, started the fire, and then fled.

All incidents were thoroughly investigated by Upper Merion Fire Marshal's Office and Upper Merion detectives to determine that they were intentionally set.
