Audubon Campers Donate $350 to CHOP

Campers presented their donation to a representative from the hospital with the help of local police officers

Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Audubon recently presented a check for $350 to a representative from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Campers were visited by local police officers, who talked with them about supporting their community and helped present the donation to Ellen Paparone, Development Coordinator of School and Youth Programs at CHOP. The funds raised will go toward research for better treatments, helping families that cannot afford healthcare, and providing quality-of-life programs and services to patients and the community. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping children in need.
