Audubon Students Donate Over 200 Pounds of Food to Philabundance

Chesterbrook Academy\ Preschool students held a food drive to support the local nonprofit this holiday season

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Audubon recently donated more than 200 pounds of nonperishable food items to Philabundance, Delaware Valley’s largest hunger relief organization. Over the past month, students hosted a food drive to help stock the organization’s shelves and provide meals to families in need. At the end of the drive, students organized and prepared the donation for delivery to the organization.

In addition to their donation to Philabundance, students collected winter clothing items for their local Goodwill. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of giving back, especially during the holiday season.
