UPPER MERION, PA — Construction work will shut down a key Upper Merion roadway later in January, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced this week.

Balligomingo Road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24.

Crews from Aqua Pennsylvania will be working on the water main in that area throughout the day.

Motorists will be detoured to both Route 320 and Route 23 (aka Front Street) during the closure. Local access will still be maintained up to the work zone.
