Beast Of A Feast: 'A Taste Of Montco' To Be Held At Norristown Zoo

Norristown’s Elmwood Park Zoo will offer visitors a chance to eat alongside the animals during a fundraiser event on June 20.

The Beast of a Feast: “A Taste of Montco” event, sponsored by the Zoo and the Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board, will feature samples of food from many of the area’s top restaurants, along with a cash bar.

Highlights of the night include talks from zookeepers, a silent auction, and a chance to purchase hand-feedings of bison and giraffes.

The proceeds will benefit the Zoo’s growing animal family, along with major facility improvements and education programs.
