UPDATE: Judge Makes Decision On Bill Cosby Trial Location
Breaking: a judge ruled Monday on where the Bill Cosby trial will take place.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- The jury in the Bill Cosby trial will be selected from another county, a judge ruled Monday, but the trial will remain in Montgomery County, media reports state.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will determine the county from which the jury will be drawn, according to the Times Herald.
The pretrial hearing came just days after a ruling Friday that only one of Bill Cosby's accusers will be allowed to testify against him in the upcoming trial. The ruling was seen as a victory for the Cosby camp, as prosecutors had sought to have 13 of Cosby’s accusers testify.

Cosby, 79, faces charges of felony indecent assault against former friend Andrea Constand, a Temple University employee. The trial date is set for June 5.
If Cosby attorney Brian McMonagle and the rest of his defense team could not get the trial moved from Montgomery County, they were hoping to at least have the jury imported from another county. They argued that pretrial publicity had unfairly tarnished Cosby's reputation over the last several years, and that he will not get a fair trial in the county.

In their motion, lawyers cited numerous local and national media publications which they allege have smeared Cosby.
"It is difficult to conceive of a case in recent history that has generated more widespread, inflammatory and sustained media coverage than the current case against Mr. Cosby," the motion reads. "Branded variously a monster, sociopath, and sexual predator, everyone from the current District Attorney of Montgomery County to President Obama has publicly weighed in on the allegations against Mr. Cosby."
The motion also references one of Cosby's defense team's most consistent claims: that Cosby was used as a "political pawn" in the public and contentious 2015 Montgomery County District Attorney's race between former DA Bruce Castor and current DA Kevin Steele.
Lawyers say that the coverage has led to an atmosphere which is "likely to produce prejudice," one of the guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court on whether a change of venue is justified.
Cosby continues to deny all allegations of abuse.
