NORRISTOWN, PA — A black and white dog was spotted in Norristown on Monday wandering around in the heat.
The dog was last seen behind Town Manor West nursing home in Norristown, heading toward 202 and Dekalb.
The dog may have one blue eye and was panting heavily.
