Cabrini Gives Half a Million in Scholarships To 37 Norristown HS Students

NORRISTOWN, PA -- Cabrini University announced on Wednesday that a total of 37 Norristown Area High School students would receive scholarships to study beginning with the Fall 2017 semester.

The scholarships about total half a million dollars, officials said. A full list of the students is forthcoming.

When students were accepted Wednesday, the school district said they were offered scholarships on the spot.

Cabrini has long has a presence in the Norristown community, partnering with schools, non-profits, and organizations in the borough on a variety of issues.
