The Historical Society of Montgomery County invites you, your family, and your friends to enjoy an afternoon of music, tours of the historic cemetery, discussions of Civil War life, and more. The Spirits of Montgomery County program will take place 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 17, Historic Montgomery Cemetery.
Join Historical Society research volunteers for thoughtful discussions about the Civil War, take a self-guided cemetery tour, and enjoy live music by Ardmore Music Hall's Family Band. In the cemetery gatehouse, view a display of Civil War diaries and artifacts. Cemetery maps and other materials will be available, along with light snacks and drinks.
Historic Montgomery Cemetery is located at One Hartranft Avenue in (West Norriton) Norristown. Parking will be available inside the cemetery gates.
