'Chipmunks and Squirrels' Program Set At Norristown Farm Park

The children’s program, ‘Chipmunks and Squirrels’ will be held at Norristown Farm Park on Wednesday, September 23rd at 1:00 pm. The program is designed for ages 3 to first grade. Older home school students are welcome. The cost is $5.00 per child. Family rates are available. Pre-registration is required: 610-270-0215. Meet at the park office.

Squirrels and chipmunks are very busy at this time of the year, and we are going to take advantage of all that activity to sharpen our observation skills. Learn about the types of homes they make (they are quite different!) and take a walk with the naturalist to see signs that indicate their presence.
