Conshohocken Man Charged After Stabbing Of Local College Student
A Conshohocken man has been charged in connection with the recent stabbing of a college student, authorities said.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A Conshohocken man is among two men who have been charged in connection with the stabbing of a Villanova University student earlier this month.
Sterling Frazier-Sallad II, 23, was arrested on Oct. 11. An accomplice, 27-year-old Ardmore man Antwine Duane Bing, was arrested that day as well, police said.
The incident occurred at around 2 a.m. on Oct. 6 after the student left Kelly's Bar, on the 1100 block of E. Lancaster Ave.

It's not yet clear what exactly inspired the incident, or if Bing and Frazier-Sallad knew the student beforehand.
The student and a woman he was with made it down to Prospect Avenue and were heading toward County Line Road when the three suspects began "verbally accosting" the pair, according to authorities.

The victim told the woman to run, and an argument with the three suspects began that soon turned violent.
At some point during the ensuing confrontation, the student was stabbed, although police said he did not realize he'd been stabbed until later. The suspects left in an unknown direction.
A driver passing by stopped and asked if he was okay, and he told her that he was, according to police. The student then walked home, and when he realized he'd been stabbed, walked to Bryn Mawr Hospital. He remains there in stable condition, police said.
Frazier-Sallad is charged with simple assault, conspriacy to commit simple assault, and harassment. Bing faces charges of felony aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of a weapon.
Preliminary hearings for both men are set for Thursday.
