Corrections Officers Needed in Montgomery County: $41K Salary

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Officials announced this week that they are seeking to hire additional correctional officers at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

Officers must be able to work 12 hour shifts, starting at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m., on a two week rotation, which offers every other weekend off.

The salary starts at $41,718.00. Other benefits include tuition reimbursement, health care benefits, a county pension, and paid time off.

Qualified individuals should submit their applications by Friday, Aug. 6, in order to be considered at an upcoming career event, the county said.
