A woman shopping at the King of Prussia Wegmans found graphic photos of dead fetuses and anti-abortion messages inside her groceries, according to multiple media reports.
NBC Philadelphia reports that Annie Weiss, 31, a mother of two who lives in West Conshohocken, found the cards stuffed inside multiple items that she had purchased, including Luvs diapers.
"God hates the hands that shed innocent blood," one card read, while the reverse side showed a grisly picture of an aborted fetus.

“I was upset because it’s very invasive,” Weiss told Philly.com. “I didn’t have the choice to see that card.”
Wegmans employees have since gone through the store in order to ensure the best customer experience and found 10 more graphic anti-abortion cards in various items.
