NORRISTOWN, PA -- A "deadbeat" Norristown mother is wanted for failure to pay child support, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said.
Jessica Shank, 28, owes $3,561.61 in child support.
Her last known address was 2954 Dekalb Pike, on the 2nd floor.
