Dog 'Whined' With Gratitude When Finally Found In Norristown, Owners Sought

Norristown residents are looking for the owners of a black, brown, and white female dog found near Hamilton and Ridge Pike on Monday afternoon.

The hound was discovered at about 4:30 p.m.

The dog was reportedly sweet and gentle and “whined when she was hugged.”

She had a collar but no identification on her.

She was taken to the SPCA in Conshohocken at about 8 p.m. on Monday.
