Teen Killed In Double Shooting In Norristown: DA
Breaking: A double shooting left a teen dead and another injured in Norristown Thursday night. Authorities are asking for the public's help.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A double shooting in Norristown Thursday night left one teen dead and another injured, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced. Now detectives are asking for the public's help in finding information related to the case.
The incident occurred on the 600 block of Chain Street at around 6:30 p.m., the DA said. Two boys, 16-year-old Jordan Scott and a 17-year-old, were shot at multiple times, authorities said.
Officers heard multiple gun shots coming from the area and hurried to the scene. Scott, of the 500 block of High Street, had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to Mercy Suburban Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

The 17-year-old was taken to Paoli Hospital for treatment. He was shot int he ankle, and his condition is currently stable, Norristown Police Department said.
Authorities are investigating the case, but no arrests have been made.
