Drunk Woman Drives 14 Miles From Norristown On 3 Wheels: Police
The vehicle managed to travel on three rims down the highway for miles, state police said.
NORRISTOWN, PA — A drunk woman drove her car on three bare rims, with just a single tire, from Norristown to Delaware County after a crash, state police said.
India Rouse, 25, of Philadelphia, originally crashed her vehicle in Norristown during the incident on April 18, according to authorities.
The accident left her with just the one tire, but she left the crash scene and drove on to West Chester Pike, traveling some 14 miles until crashing again near the ramps to I-476, state police said.

A construction crew alerted police to the crashed vehicle near exit 9. Officials found the rims of the vehicle "completely scuffed."
Rouse has been charged with DUI. Court records were not immediately available, but a preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
