PHILADELPHIA, PA — Just two years after winning it all, the Philadelphia Eagles are once again looking like contenders for the Super Bowl championship. And that success and long-running popularity has led to one of the world's most profitable franchises.
The Eagles are $2.75 billion, making them the 24th most valuable sports franchise in the world, according to a new list published by Forbes Magazine. They've grown by four percent over the past year.
They're the only Philadelphia franchise to make the list, which runs 50 deep. Of the 23 franchises ahead of them, nine are in the NFL.

The most valuable franchise, for the fourth straight year, is the Dallas Cowboys. They are worth $5 billlion, a four percent increase over 2018.
