East Norriton Woman 'Most Wanted': Sheriff

EAST NORRITON, PA -- An East Norriton woman has landed on the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office "most wanted" list, authorities announced.

Shannon Lynn Raines, 44, is wanted on one active warrant from 2016, authorities said. She is charged with "accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use."

She has a last known address of the 3000 block of Kimberly Drive in East Norriton. Authorities believe she could be in Philadelphia.
