Elmwood Park Zoo To Hold 'Wine Safari'
Sample dozens of wines of vineyards across the region while strolling through the zoo.
NORRISTOWN, PA — The Elmwood Park Zoo will host a summer fundraiser, Wine Safari, which will allow visitors to sample local wines while touring the grounds of the zoo.
The second annual event will take place on Friday, Aug. 4.
This year’s event has expanded slightly to include more participating vineyards and wineries, such as Paradocx Vineyard, Penns Woods Winery, Chaddsford Winery, Cardinal Hollow, A’Dello, and Stone & Key Cellars, organizers said.

The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., after which guests can purchase wine bottles directly from the vineyards.
