A boil water advisory was issued for a small section of Upper Merion, after a portion of Pennsylvania American Water's Norristown system suffered a loss of pressure.
The loss of pressure was due to a main break in nearby Lower Merion.

Elsewhere, water rescues continued in parts of Norristown as the Schuylkill River flooded to historic heights.
Several roads around the area were closed for much of the day, as officials urged residents to stay at home. Main thoroughfares like DeKalb Street, Lafayette Street, and Route 202 were all shut down.
Elmwood Zoo suffered significant flood damage during the storm, as well as power outages. "We are happy to report that all of our staff and animals are safe. We're sending a huge thank you to our passionate and dedicated team members that continue to work doubly hard," the zoo said in a statement. They plan on reopening Friday morning.
