'Emergency Tree Work' Leads To Road Closure In Upper Merion

The tree work comes after powerful winds swept through the area, destroying many electrical lines and damaging trees.

UPPER MERION, PA — Croton Road will be temporarily closed in Upper Merion Township this weekend as emergency maintenance work on area trees is completed.

The road will be shut down on Saturday, Aug. 12 starting at 7:30 a.m. in the area of Martin's Dam Swim Club.

The stretch from Dewitt Road and S. Warner Road will be impacted.
