Fire On Crystal Lane In Norristown Tuesday Night

There was a fire at a home on Crystal Lane and Glen Lane in West Norriton border at about 10:05 p.m. Tuesday night.
Jefferson Fire Company was among the responding units.
Fire crews and EMS units from Plymouth Community Ambulance were still on the scene of the building fire at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday.

Crews reported heavy smoke from the first and second floors of the building, and said that the fire could be emerging from the basement, according to scanner reports.
Residents were evacuated from their homes while crews addressed the situation.
