NORRISTOWN, PA - Two white dogs were found in Norristown on Wednesday, and their owners are being sought.
The dogs are white with curly hair appear to be Cocker Spaniel mixes.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the Conshohocken branch of the SPCA at 610-825-0111.
