Free Rabies Clinic To Be Held In Norristown
Get your pets vaccinated for free at upcoming clinics in Montgomery County.

NORRISTOWN, PA — The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office is holding rabies clinics this spring for cats, dogs, and ferrets belonging to any county residents.
Rabies, a viral disease that impacts the central nervous system, can affect any mammal. With warm weather approaching and more and more animals becoming more active - leading to more interactions - officials are warning residents to get their pets vaccinated.
Two clinics will be held. The first will take place at Abington Recycling Center on May 19 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Center is located on 2201 Florey Lane, just off Easton Road.
The second will be held at Norristown's Montgomery Hose Fire Company, located on 201 West Freedley Street, on Sept. 15. The clinic will be open from 9 a.m. to noon.
