Got Hats? Members of Hearts & Hands Crafters of SCH knitted and crocheted 175 hats and additional scarves for the students of Gotwals Elementary School. The hats, scarves, and donated gloves were presented to Mrs. Janette Fernandez, Gotwals’ Principal, during dinner at Mission Barbecue. Hearts & Hands Crafters meet weekly at Suburban Community Hospital. Last year the group donated 50 hand-crafted scarves to Gotwals. Members of the group are currently making lapghans for veterans in hospice care.
