Hit And Run Investigation Underway In King Of Prussia

Police said a woman was walking near Nordstrom Rack when she was hit by the gray SUV.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down the driver that hit a woman with his car in King of Prussia and then fled the scene.

The incident occurred on Saturday, June 24 at about 12:05 p.m.

The woman was crossing the street near the Nordstrom's Rack located at 101 Town Square Place in the Village at Valley Forge.

Police said the vehicle that hit her, a new gray Nissan Murano SUV, stopped briefly before speeding off. It was last seen turning into Swedesford road heading into Tredyffrin Township.

The woman who was hit was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Police said the driver is believed to be a white man in his 50s or 60s, wearing glasses.
